gta 6 marketing

Take-Two Interactive held its latest earnings call for Q3 2026 and revealed new information for its plan for GTA 6. The release date for Grand Theft Auto VI remains November 19, 2026, as Take-Two reaffirms it will be releasing on this day.

Take-Two mentioned to IGN that they plan to start the GTA 6 launch marketing this summer, leading up to its release on Xbox and PS5.

This is the quote that Take-Two provided to the outlet:

“Our execution throughout Fiscal 2026 has been extraordinary and we are highly confident as we approach Fiscal 2027 – which promises to be groundbreaking for Take-Two and the entire entertainment industry – led by the November 19th release of Grand Theft Auto VI with Rockstar’s launch marketing set to begin this Summer.”

In other news, Grand Theft Auto 6 will have a physical launch on top of it releasing digitally this fall. This confirmation comes after much speculation online that the game could see a digital-only release at first to avoid any early leaks.
