Bandai Namco Studios announced Code Vein 2 during Summer Game Fest, the sequel to the action RPG released in 2019. The trailer introduced a post-apocalyptic world where memories of loss echo across time, and the fate of the Revenants and humanity hangs by a thread.
The announcement trailer didn’t dive too much into the gameplay, but we got a nice teaser of how the story, characters, and setting will be.
Will Code Vein 2 Come To Nintendo Switch 2?
Bandai Namco announced that Code Vein 2 will release in 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. At this time, a release on Switch 2 has not been mentioned yet, and it doesn’t look like it’s in the plans.
The Nintendo Switch 2 is a brand-new console and only a couple of days old. It was reported that many developers still do not have devkits, so that could change in the future, where Code Vein 2 will come to the newest console by Nintendo.
Right now, don’t expect it to arrive on the newest Switch console on day one.
