There are only a few puzzles in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage and they aren’t too much of a challenge besides one of the last ones. During scene 24 you’ll have to access the rear of The Blue Spruce bar in order to start your outdoor concert. However, to get access to power you’ll need to get through the fence with a lock on it.
How To Open Fence In Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
The padlock on the fence at The Blue Spruce can go up, down, left, and right. You’ll just need to figure out the combination. The combination can be found at the rear of the dirt bike in front of the bar. You’ll see a Corey’s Bag and to the bottom left, there is a Pager.
Examine the Pager, rotate it to the back, Examine the Note and you’ll see it slide out showing some arrows. However, you’ll need to flip that Note. Once you do that you will have the combination of Up-Right-Left-Up-Down.
Following this pattern on the fence at The Blue Spruce will grant you access to the back area, where you will then need to connect power to your instruments.
There is also an alternative way to open the lock which is with a Fire Extinguisher, but that may impact the story slightly.
