The discovery of the new mythical Pokémon Meltan grabbed people by surprise as the liquid metal Pokémon randomly appeared on Pokémon Go nearly a month ago. Soon after the Pokémon revealed that the hex nut type will be available in both the already available Pokémon Go and in the November released Let’s Go Eevee and Let’s Go Pikachu.

Another research video has released on the newly discovered Pokémon introducing the evolution of Meltan. As they are already know to merge with one another, it also has an evolution that many might underestimate when looking at it’s small stature. Named Melmetal, the once small and cute Meltan evolves into a larger Pokémon.

Meltan’s new evolution can be achieved in Pokémon Go with 400 rare candies. For how this will occur in the soon approaching Let’s Go titles can be achieved by leveling it up after being transfered. Though Melmetal is a fresh Pokémon to be appearing in the mentioned titles, it definitely does not stand out from the other varying monsters in the Pokken Universe.

Melmetal’s unique move is called Double Iron Bash. Though the Pokémon is made up of liquid metal, this powerful steel-type move will deal a double strike as it spins with the hex nuts equipped on both arms.

Both variations of Pokémon Let’s Go will be available for Nintendo Switch on November 16, 2018.
