
Publisher Activision has already unleashed two reworkings of the notorious Crash Bandicoot with the titular N. Sane Trilogy in 2017 following with Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled which arrived last summer, so fans are now patiently anticipating what the next game from the franchise will receive the same treatment. It was back in December that Activision began sending out gift related to the series which implied a reveal was imminent.
And now we might have found the first tip to this unannounced game thanks to a new leak. According to @jumpbuttoncb and @Motwera on Twitter, the two have done their digging and unearthed the next project in development. Disclosing that the new game is a mobile title being developed by Candy Crush Saga team King.
Provided from the images that were collected from the discovery, it looks that the game is a endless runner experience collecting Wumpa Fruit which you use as currency to maintenance and upgrade your base of sorts. The two shared to have found the game through a Facebook page by searching the name of the title, Crash Bandicoot Mobile. As of reporting, the link provided redirects you to Google’s home page.
Following the conception of the new mobile game, countless fans have been very vocal regarding their disappointment since the next entry will be releasing for smart phones. Alike other prominent properties that have receive their own respected mobile iterations, fans associate this decision to devalue the initial atmosphere of the series on traditional hardware.
