If you were itching for some more Super Smash Bros. Ultimate gameplay, then look no further!

Nintendo of Europe tweeted on Tuesday saying “King K. Rool and Snake battle it out in this special 1 vs. 1 battle captured by the Super Ultimate development team.” The tweet contains the 1 vs. 1 match of K. Rool and Snake while also linking a doubles match with Chrom, Lucina, Dark Samus, and Ridley. Both videos are linked here and here.

King K. Rool seems to be different than the traditional Smash Bros. heavy character. K. Rool uses more projectiles to bait and punish his opponents into making mistakes in addition to using brute force. His speed on the ground seems to be very fast, while his air speed seems to be sorely lacking.

Chrom and Dark Samus don’t differ too much from their original fighter counterparts in terms of fighting style and moves (Roy/Lucina/Marth/Ike, Samus), yet aesthetically differ greatly.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is set to release on December 7th, 2018.
