It has almost been a year since we got our first glimpse of Horizon Forbidden West during the PlayStation 5 Showcase and today, Sony announces they’ll be showing gameplay soon. This Thursday, May 27th at 2 PM Pacific Time / 5 PM Eastern Time there will be a State of Play featuring 14 minutes of brand new in-game action featuring Aloy, all being captured on PlayStation 5.

The State of Play will be 20 minutes long in total with the main focus being on Horizon Forbidden West. We still don’t know when this sequel will be releasing and it’s hard to tell if that will be shared by Guerrilla & Sony yet.

“This reveal has been a true team effort and we’re very excited to show you what we have in store. Whether you’ve been with us and Aloy since Horizon Zero Dawn or are only just getting to know this incredible world, we want to share this huge milestone with you and cannot wait to see your favorite moments and reactions.”

You can watch this State of Play on Twitch or YouTube.
