The past month for PlayStation Plus remains energetic almost to the halfway point for 2025. In April, we welcomed free titles RoboCop: Rogue City, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory at the time. Game Catalog also saw new additions including Hogwarts Legacy, Battlefield 1, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 2 then as well.

New information did come out for PlayStation Plus for select regions, however. In that, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced a new wave of price increases were underway for its subscribers. But, that did not stop from amazing games from reaching the subscription. This month we saw the new helping of titles – Ark: Survival Ascended, Balatro, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun – arrive to the service.

Now paired with the May 2025 free games, the new list for May 2025’s Game Catalog is revealed as well. The full list will come available for Extra & Premium subscribers on May 20th. You can view the full roster below:

PlayStation 5

Gloomhaven Mercenaries Edition
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
Humankind
Sand Land
Soul Hackers 2
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy
Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life

PlayStation 4

Battlefield V
Gloomhaven Mercenaries Edition
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
Humankind
Sand Land
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy

PlayStation 2

Battle Engine Aquila

From this list, we urge you read up on our review for Sand Land. “Sand Land is primarily a story-driven base-building game with vehicle exploration elements,” Rectify Gaming wrote. “While quests and storyline add enjoyment, the game’s main focus feels like a grind due to repetitive dialogues and similar tasks. Despite this, it offers a somewhat enjoyable experience.”

In good timing, there is also a perk for accessing the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. As noted, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy is on it. More importantly, it is listed for PlayStation 5. That is because a next-generation update is to go live the same day this list is to launch. You can read the full report by heading here.
