Spartans Kat & Emile Join Gears 5

Earlier, we reported that there would be a Halo: Reach x Gears 5 crossover and that it would probably be revealed during Gamescom. Today, during Inside Xbox while showing off the new horde mode in Gears 5, The Coalition revealed Noble Team’s Emile-A239 and Kat-B320 in action for the first time. The character pack will be available to owners of the Gears 5 Ultimate Edition or if you have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Edition you’ll receive them.

The pack will come with some in game items such as a Halo Reach Noble Team Mark, Noble Team Bloodspray, Banner, and a Noble Team weapon set. Originally we thought the possibility of having all of the characters from Reach was possible especially Jorge, but it looks like they only want to feature two being Emile & Kat as they’ll fit the gameplay style Gears has.

Gears 5 will be launching on Xbox One, Windows 10 PC, and Steam. It is confirmed that the Steam version will have cross-play with Xbox One.
