Super Nintendo World opens at Universal Orlando in 2025

Super Nintendo World is officially coming to Universal Orlando in 2025 featuring Super Mario Land and Donkey Kong Country. The theme park first came to Japan and then to Universal Studios Hollywood bringing multiple rides like the Mario Kart experience and Yoshi’s Adventure.

The Donkey Kong expansion is coming to Super Nintendo World in Japan this year and will open day one when the theme park opens in Orlando, Florida. Mine Cart Madness will be the major attraction in Donkey Kong Country where you’ll be blasted out of a barrel cannon at the Golden Temple.

Super Nintendo World coming to Orlando is part of the Universal Epic Universe that will bring 4 other theme parks – Celestial Park, How To Train Your Dragon: Isles of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and Dark Universe.

The Nintendo-themed park will be one of the most interactive amusement parks you’ll attend. You will get a Power-Up Band and play interactive key challenges that will earn you digital coins and digital stamps. You will be able to check your score and rankings to see how well you are doing.
