The Escapists on Xbox One gets a release date – price now confirmed

UPDATE: The Escapists on Xbox One will cost £14.99/€17.99/$19.99 regularly, but Gold members will have a 10% discount for the first month after it’s release on Friday.

Prison break sim, The Escapists, created by Team 17 (creators of Worms series & Flockers) has been dated on Xbox One. The game previously launched on Steam early access.

The Escapists puts you into the role of a prisoner, slowly or swiftly trying to break your way out of prison – whether it’s bribing guards, using several different tools to chip away at walls, or even creating mass riots – each way works! The game on Steam currently has a 94% approval rating.

The 8-bit prison break sim will release on February 13th 2015 on Xbox One – with price to be confirmed.
