
Today, Treyarch and Activision held COD Next, revealing all-new details on the Multiplayer in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Along with that came news for what’s to come in Warzone including a brand-new Area 99 Resurgence Map coming to Season 1.
One of the longest rumors has been that Verdansk will return to Warzone in the future and today, Treyarch made it official that the classic map from the birth of the Battle Royale will make its grand return in Spring 2025.

No other details were confirmed by the developer or publisher. It’s safe to say that the entire Call of Duty community is excited over this announcement to cap off an exciting day for Black Ops 6.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta will go live on August 30 for those who pre-ordered the game across any platform. There will be rewards for players to earn in the Beta that will reflect in the full game once it releases on October 25, 2024.
