Sign-ups For 2021’s Xbox Fanfest Is Now Live

Although digital-only events is still lingering for the time being, participants are trying to get the best out of these virtual shows. Already, Twitch for years gifted viewers goodies and extra bonuses for chiming in to specific livestreams for competitive events or even The Game Awards. And the same can also be expected by Microsoft as well.

While the firm did offer similar rewards to users to the now-closed Mixer, the initiative has been pushed over to Xbox Fanfest. In 2020 as COVID-19 continued to grow as a global concern, Microsoft orchestrated Xbox Fanfest as a online program for fans to join in for their regular allowance of Xbox news and find exclusive rewards for the effort put in.

For 2021, the same is said to be expected even with concerns for COVID-19 found to be dwindling in recent months over in the United States. This week, Xbox Fanfest officially returns as sign-ups officially go live.

Upon registering for this year’s Xbox Fanfest, Microsoft asks for standard information like name and address for those being rewarded physical events. But most interesting is the platforms of choice is also being questioned which includes its own Xbox Series X|S and the competing PlayStation 5 to estimate the audience participating.

The firm also presses on the dedication to the Xbox platform and how much each user adores the systems. Even more, Microsoft also draws a question asking if the reader is a Xbox Game Pass subscriber. Additionally, there is even an Xbox Fanfest Gear Shop that avid fans can visit to purchase the latest apparel for the event as well.
