Microsoft’s ongoing pursuit to developer a higher value for Xbox Game Pass remains to continue in recent weeks with new additions and promotions. Most notably is its deal with Paramount: celebrating the release of the Halo Television Series on Paramount+, this new collaboration is offering a free 30-day trial of the service to watch the long-awaited TV adaptation.

Elsewhere, Microsoft also went on to feature anticipated releases such as MLB The Show 22 this month as well as Life is Strange: True Colors that same time. More recently, Microsoft and Young Horses broke the ice unveiling Bugsnax is arriving to the service at the end of April in celebration of the welcoming of the coming update ‘The Isle of Bigsnax’.

At the same time, Microsoft is also in search for more potential subscribers and users to dabble with Xbox Game Pass – no matter the platform. So for users that purchased Forza Horizon 5 and Age of Empires 4 or even installed Halo Infinite’s free-to-play multiplayer can redeem a three-month trial for PC Game Pass.

“Thank you for playing and supporting the success of our most recent PC games from Xbox Game Studios! If you have played Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, or Age of Empires IV on the PC from launch until February 28 2022, we are giving you a 3-month trial of PC Game Pass (new members only) to show our appreciation,” Microsoft writes in a message on its website for the latest promotion.

Noted, Microsoft does clarify that the new arrangement for three-month trial can only be eligible for users that are new to the service; current subscribers can not stack the promotion onto their current subscription, the FAQ shares. “The 3-month trial offer is only available to players who have never been members of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass (previously called Xbox Game Pass for PC).”

Recently, a report from Ampere Analysis unveils Microsoft’s success in the service landscape for the video game industry. Against over a handful of competing services, Xbox Game Pass leads the pack with more than 60 percent of North American users subscribed to the subscription. Are you planning to take advantage of the latest promotion if not a user of the service already?
