Celebrating 9 Years Of Rectify Gaming

Can you believe it? Can I believe it? It has been 9 years of Rectify Gaming already. When I started this journey in 2013 I couldn’t have predicted what would’ve happened far into the future. Of course I had an idea of what I wanted to do with this company, but sometimes things change as you move forward and learn.

Starting off as a website that tried to just be a simple community that was passionate about gaming and then turning into more of a Media Outlet and expanding into Esports with the addition of Rectify Esports in 2017. It sure has been a wild ride and I’ve met so many great people along the way that helped grow Rectify and in the process I have also been learning and growing with this.

This anniversary is different and a little weird at the same time because for years it had been tradition to do a big marathon live stream on Twitch that would feature all the great people in Rectify streaming all day and more importantly we gave back to the community. We do plan on bringing back the big events we would do that would help raise money for charities.

We can’t have a Rectify Anniversary without sharing news on what’s to come in 2023 or better known as our 10th year in existence. My goal is to make this the greatest year we have ever had and accomplishing milestones we have never hit ever before.

So here is something you can expect in 2023:

Website Makeover

Rectifygaming.com is going to take a leap forward in the way it looks and more importantly, the way it performs. We feel it’s important to make this website the best experience possible for our readers who come onto this website for our news, reviews, opinion pieces and more. The experience has to go both ways for both users on PC and Mobile devices as I know and probably everyone else, the website might not be the best when you’re on mobile.

We will be sharing more news when it gets closer to releasing. Right now we are in the early stages of development.

Rectify Esports

Rectify Esports has been busy making decisions for 2023 putting together a massive Fighting Game team that’s very competitive. We will have more to share on that in the next week.

We do have a promotion to share about as one of our streamers, Stacy is being promoted to Director of Talent and will be helping us recruit new content creators to the team along with helping with events and more.

I don’t want to spill the news just yet, but Rectify Gaming will be sharing more about our partnerships going into 2023 soon.

The last year or two things from the outside might’ve seemed uncertain, but what I can say is that I’ve learned a lot and sometimes you just have to take a small step back before you can make that big step forward.
