Street Fighter 6 looks like a tremendous success from Capcom barely 24 hours into its launch it’s already breaking records. It has become the first paid fighting game ever to reach over 70,000 concurrent players on Steam.
This makes Street Fighter 6 the most-played fighting game of all time by concurrent player count. It has doubled Mortal Kombat 11 where it had just over 35,000 playing at once when it came out in 2019. With it being the first weekend we expect the game to climb with concurrent player count and sales across all platforms.
Street Fighter 6 has climbed even higher tonight, becoming the first Paid / Non F2P Fighting game EVER to reach 70,000+ Concurrent Players on Steam
By far the biggest launch ever on PC for a paid Fighting game

Street Fighter 6 is the most casual, and accessible minded fighting game we have to date and we gave it an outstanding 9 out of 10 in our latest review.
Capcom has stated they want Street Fighter 6 to sell 10 million copies which would overtake Street Fighter V with 7 million copies sold.
