Everspace 2 comes to Xbox Series XlS, Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation 5 on August 15

Everspace 2 is coming to Xbox Series XlS and Xbox Game Pass on August 15. The announcement was made during the IGN x ID@Xbox Digital Showcase on July 11. Everspace 2 brings over 30 hours in campaign, over 100 handcrafted locations, 9 ship types, 7 companions and more.

With Everspace 2, the series hops genres taking space game fans into the realm of semi-open world RPGs where exploration, leveling up, crafting and managing equipment, buying new ships, and upgrading perks are all important to surviving in space.

Although it was announced at the ID@Xbox event, it will be coming to PlayStation 5 on August 15. Everspace 2 was already available on PC via Steam.

Everspace 2 has been in development for quite some time now since its initial announcement at Gamescom 2019. The original release date for this game was 2021 planned to release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but has been delayed ever since.
