Rumor: Metroid Prime 2 Remaster is coming “soonish”

Metroid Prime 2 Remastered is expected to release soon according to known leaker Jeff Grubb. On a recent podcast episode hosted by Jeff, he talked about the next Metroid Prime remaster saying he thinks Metroid Prime 2 Remaster is coming out “soonish”.

“Metroid Prime 2 Remastered probably is coming out relatively soonish, that is happening. That probably is happening relatively soonish”.

Jeff Grubb said that Metroid Prime 2 won’t get the same attention as Metroid Prime which released on February 8, 2023. It’ll have that HD upgrade from the original along with modern controls, but nothing drastically different.

It was rumored long ago that a Metroid Prime Trilogy was in the works, but it turned out they’ll be releasing each game on their own now.
