In Apex Legends, the Titanfall-shared universe battle royale is identified with its string of fluid gameplay, gun mechanics, and ever growing lore. Altogether brings a mesh of an experience that millions return to overtime. And each season does so respectively. However, recently the developer has began have new legends absent from its updates. Take Season 16 – Revelry as the update brought an overhaul to the Legend class system in-game.
Additionally, Respawn Entertainment did revert back to its traditional per season Legend with Ballistic in Season 17 – Arsenal once more. But, that was short lived it appeared. From the ongoing ‘Neon Network Collection Event,’ the team is hinting at a rework for the Synthetic Nightmare Revenant. For months, the character has been discarded as a lesser character thanks to their build; Apex Legends Status visualizes this for ranked picks too.
This week, Respawn Entertainment has established the new ‘Revenant Reborn’ is on the way with a new gameplay trailer for the new iteration of the paid-for-hire simulacrum for Season 18 – Resurrection coming August 8th. You can watch the trailer in the video below:
‘A shattered mind fills Revenant with even more rage, bringing him a killer new look and deadly new abilities. Revenant is unlocked for all players all season; complete quests before the season ends to unlock him permanently,” the overview for the character reads. The trailer synopsis also adds,” Revenant has been twisted into something even more sinister and his new reign of terror has begun.
