EA Sports NHL 24 will have true cross-play

EA Sports is prepared to reveal NHL 24 on August 16, 2023 and some details on the game have talked about already. In a recent video from EA Sports, Creative Director, Mike Inglehart and Senior Producer, Chris Haluke shared that NHL 24 will feature true cross-play.

When EA released NHL 23 it came with cross-play, but you were only able to find the opposite platform of yours through online matchmaking. This time in NHL 24 you’ll be able to partner up with your friend that plays on PlayStation or Xbox.

The EA Sports NHL team is focusing on Social Connection and Community Obsession when it comes to the next installment of the NHL game franchise. They talk about other details such as updated gameplay mechanics.

It was revealed that Cale Makar is the Cover Athlete for NHL 24 when it releases this Fall.
