Nintendo announced they’ll be hosting a Direct for their upcoming 2D side-scrolling adventure game, Super Mario Bros. Wonder. The Direct will take place on Thursday, August 31 at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET that will be roughly 15 minutes long showcasing more of the game.

You’ll be able to catch the Super Mario Bros. Wonder Direct on YouTube.

Some might anticipate a special video message from Shigeru Miyamoto and Charles Martinet since it was announced the voice actor of Mario is retiring. Nintendo already confirmed there will be new voice actors for Mario & Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, but their names have yet to be revealed.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder releases for Nintendo Switch on October 20, 2023.
