Alan Hartman is the new head of Xbox Game Studios

Microsoft has done a lot of reworking around their leadership group within the Xbox Division announcing Sarah Bond as the new President of Xbox and Phil Spencer will remain the CEO of Microsoft Gaming. Matt Booty was moved into a new role being the President of content and game studios after leading Xbox Game Studios for a few years.

Who exactly will be replacing Matt Booty? Well, Alan Hartman, the now former Studio Head of Forza creators at Turn 10 has been named the new head of Xbox Game Studios as he announced on LinkedIn.

There are now a lot of studios for Alan Hartman to lead the way including 343 Industries, The Coalition, Turn 10, Rare, Compulsion Games, Obsidian, and many more.
