There has been a lot of speculation regarding the next Call of Duty and it’s now reported Black Ops 6 will be revealed this month. Data miners have dug deeper into Modern Warfare III’s game files and have found references to “s3_cerberus_reveal” after a recent update. That would indicate a tease or reveal could likely happen this month.
Another reference found indicating this will be titled Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, a new weapon reward with six tallies on the gun.

It was already figured out that the REDACTED Direct happening after the Xbox Showcase will be for the new Call of Duty. But Activision will likely reveal the name of Call of Duty 2024 along with a logo tease before doing a deep dive into the direct. During the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9, 2024, it was also suggested there might be news about old Call of Duty titles coming to Xbox Game Pass.
Lastly, data miners found references to a Frank Woods Operator for Modern Warfare III and Warzone. This will likely be a pre-order bonus for Black Ops 6.

In other Call of Duty-related news, a Fallout crossover is going to happen according to files found from data miners for Season 4. Other crossovers were found for Gundam and The Crow, but as of now Season 3 is still ongoing in Modern Warfare III.
Earlier leaks indicated the new Call of Duty would be titled ‘Black Ops: Gulf War’, but that may have changed. That doesn’t mean the setting will not be related to the Gulf War.
