Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into The Pit from Mega Cat Studios is a short video game and it features a couple of different endings. There is such thing as a Bad Ending in this FNAF title and it can happen early into the game during the objective where you have to rescue the kid.
How To Get Bad Ending In FNAF: Into The Pit
While doing the objective to rescue the kid from the animatronic, there is a way to “finish the game” which will prompt the bad ending of Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into The Pit. If you go through the door to the left of the room where the stuck kid is, it will take you to the entrance with a Freddy Fazbear standee.

In the entrance room, if you go to the double door on the left and choose to exit, the game will end, and Oswald will not have saved his dad. The good news is that although the credits do roll at this point, you can go back and restart at the checkpoint of when that objective started.
