Paramount Pictures and Sega have been very secretive when it comes to releasing the trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 which is planned to hit theaters on December 20, 2024. While the companies have been quiet, there have been leaks regarding the film such as Keanu Reeves voicing Shadow the Hedgehog, Krysten Ritter playing Rouge the Bat, and that the first trailer will drop in August.

According to reliable movie insider, DanielRPK, the first Sonic 3 trailer will be released on Tuesday, August 27. The leaker posted the information on his Patreon account where he revealed information first to those who support his work.

It has been a long time coming for official details of the Sonic 3 movie and it looks like the wait will finally be over in a couple of days. Leading up to this point we’ve had the Knuckles TV series arrive on Paramount+ which provided a different look at the Sonic cinematic universe.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is reportedly rated PG-13 which is a slight upgrade to the past films which were rated PG. We may see a curse word in this movie.
