Netflix Reveals Co-Op Online Action Titlte Bloodline: A Rebel Moon Game

At Netflix, the streaming giant has established a tight relationship with director Zack Snyder. After his commitment to Warner Bros. on the previous DC Extended Universe, he went to Netflix to work on new, original IPs. that includes 2021’s Army of the Dead alongside his now established Rebel Moon films.

Previously, Snyder confirmed that him & Netflix are working together on creating a new Rebel Moon video game tied to the lore of the new universe. It wasn’t until Gamescom 2023 that Snyder officially pressed on what this new title will be. At the time, he shared it is a new effort from Super Evil Megacorp that follows the events of the two featured films.

At Netflix Geeked Week 2024, the firm revealed Bloodline: A Rebel Moon Game with a first look at the new project. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

“The long-standing political alliance between the tyrannical Motherworld and the warrior planet of Krypt is on the brink of collapse. Create a hero, choose your weapon, then join a covert rebellion on Krypt as you fight alongside other players to loosen the Motherworld’s grip on the planet,” the description from the official website for the game reads.

Revealing to be an online action title, Netflix & Super Evil Megacorp also revealed a beta will be held for Bloodline: A Rebel Moon Game. Currently, there is no official date, but sign-ups are live now. Additionally, the website also reveals that exclusive skins for participating will be included to those that test the waters for the upcoming playtest.
