The amount of mashed-up game genres makes it very challenging to describe what this game truly is, but the best way to explain Neo Harbor Rescue Squad is a Visual novel with a battle-like triage system for patient care, mixed with master dozens of treatment minigames that feel like you’re playing Wario-Ware.

In Neo Harbor, You live the life of a rookie paramedic who must juggle waves of patients and triage and give them proper treatment, while trying to win the city’s recognition from the rival fire department.
