The Seattle Mariners from Major League Baseball has always had a relationship with Nintendo and it was revealed this year they’ll be sponsoring the jerseys. While the MLB season is starting within the next few days it was revealed Nintendo will be the first-ever official jersey sleeve partner.

For all of the Mariners regular season and postseason games you can expect to see a Nintendo racetrack logo on their home jerseys. As for the away jerseys the Nintendo Switch 2 logo will be on the side of it.

It was revealed in the announcement that the Mariners are the first team in MLB to feature different marks for home and road games.

Seattle Mariners All-Star Centerfielder, Julio Rodriguez will also enhance the collaboration between Nintendo and the Mariners by serving as a brand ambassador.

Both Seattle and Nintendo have been partners since 1992 believe it or not. The history goes back multiple decades.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to be released this year and the official Direct is set for April 2, 2025, revealing more about the console and games that will launch on it.
