Game Science is finally bringing Black Myth: Wukong to Xbox Series after a year of being available on PlayStation 5 and PC. The action RPG rooted in Chinese mythology will come to Xbox on August 20, 2025, for $59.99; however, many are wondering if it will be coming to Xbox Game Pass.
Will Black Myth: Wukong Release On Xbox Game Pass?
Game Science or Microsoft has not announced whether Black Myth: Wukong would be coming to Xbox Game Pass. It’s highly unlikely at this point, as the developer may want to capitalize on full game sales to start. We could never count out in the future, but it’s likely a similar situation with Helldivers 2.
The Xbox Store listing also does not hint that Black Myth: Wukong would be coming to Game Pass. Normally, by the time the release gets closer, we would know officially.
Black Myth: Wukong was a huge success when it came to PS5 and PC in August 2024, selling over 10 million copies. Releasing on Xbox could only boost the sales of the action RPG.
