Resident Evil Veronica releases in 2027 for PS5, XBOX Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC

Capcom kicked off Summer Game Fest with the announcement of Resident Evil Veronica releasing in 2027 for XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.

Resident Evil Veronica is a remake of the beloved classic Resident Evil Code: Veronica. It will draw players into a desperate escape filled with horror and madness through the isolated, zombie-filled Rockfort Island. The fan-favorite Claire Redfield will, of course, be at the center of this remake.

Developed in Capcom’s RE ENGINE, the game will introduce modernized gameplay with a chilling level of realism designed to push survival horror to new heights.

In other news, Capcom also revealed Street Fighter 6 Year 4 DLC featuring Tifa. They also revealed Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance releases in 2027.
