Final Fantasy 7 Revelation might have DLC coming its way after it releases in Spring 2027. A listing on Epic Games Store indicates that multiple DLC packs will be available with the game. It features a Pre-Purchase Bonus, a Premium Edition, a Premium Plus Edition, a Story Expansion Pass, and other individual DLCs.
Square Enix has not said if there would be DLC featured in Final Fantasy 7 Revelation, but has said in interviews it would consider it if there is a demand for it by fans.

Final Fantasy 7 Revelation is expected to release in Spring 2027 for XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Switch 2, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
