Last week, Rockstar’s last-generation hit Grand Theft Auto IV gained backwards compatibility on the Xbox One. While it’s always great to play the latest, best-looking games, classics like GTA IV are always a welcome change, and many gamers felt the same.
According to gamingbolt.com, GTA IV’s sales jumped a massive 7,000% in the past few days. Backwards Compatibility on Xbox One is set up so that, if your Xbox or Microsoft account has your ownership of a copy of a compatible Xbox 360 game, you can download it on your Xbox One. Also available via Xbox One Backwards Compatibility is the episodic story DLC for Grand Theft Auto IV so players can have the full GTA experience on their new console.
