Codemasters has announced that their F1 racing game F1 2015 will make its debut on consoles this year for both Xbox One and PS4. The game will feature a brand new presentation system along with improved in game dynamics. New featured such as an improved suspension and engine feedback, torque as well as being able to communicate with your race team’s engineer. Utilizing the PS4 Camera or Xbox One Kinect, players will be able to communicate about their vehicle and necessary repairs needed in race. Paul Jeal,  the game’s director, spoke on the game and it’s new improvements.

The handling is a vast improvement from our previous games. In particular our new tire model is a superb step forward towards realism, you can now experience the changes in grip caused by temperature changes, wear, car set-up, debris and weather conditions. The new Force Feedback system adds to the feeling of connection with the car and track surface. With the second race of the 2015 FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP this weekend in Malaysia, the team is busy modelling the new 2015 cars and drivers in readiness for the game’s summer launch.”

The game is scheduled to release later this year with no specific date issued yet.
