Revealed at Xbox’s Conference last E3, Metro: Exodus makes a return and this time shows off more gameplay and when the game launches.
Continuing in the eyes of Artyom, you make your way to the surface of Moscow as you leave the metro the two previous titles were set in. The world over run by the fallout from when the bombs drop and the creature infected by radiation roam the surface. You and your group traverse across the plains of Russia and will run into issues with other survivors along with the creatures that inhabit the game’s world.
Shown off in the gameplay trailer is some of the new elements added to the game. One is weapon customization. With variants in attachments to choose from and to be assumed other weapons will have different attachments. Another feature in Exodus is ziplining. As you travel through the wastes of Russia, the game will be non-linear unlike the games prior and some areas will be at higher elevation. And new tools as well like binoculars to scout out your area and night vision googles for more grim environments.
Metro: Exodus will be available on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
