For fans of the original PlayStation, you might remember a title called The Legend of Dragoon. Cutting the sarcasm, most players of the time were aware about the game’s presence at the time of its 1999 release for Sony’s first home console. And since then, fans to this day still reminiscence on its RPG elements and unique story.
The game leading into the next millennium has been recognized for its achievement and received a re-release for PlayStation Network’s PlayStation Classic in 2010, However, that does not do justice for some fans as many wish for a remaster or even a complete remake of the PlayStation title.
Even Bluehole Games Technical Director Peter Dalton agrees on the matter and seemingly teases that to possibly be the developer’s next project through a conversation on Twitter recently.
I love “The Legend of Dragoon”. Perhaps it should be a project?

Especially seeing that this specific studio shows interest in potentially reworking the original 1999 title for modern hardware, this tease could be monumental if happening to be true. Bluehole’s previous work resides on the PlayStation platform with the Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection & Gravity Rush Remastered in 2015 alongside the recent Shadow of the Colossus port for PlayStation 4 last year.
Would you be hyped for a Legend of the Dragoon remake?
Legend of the Dragoon is available for the original PlayStation.
