Donkey Kong Bananza features its levels in a unique way. The game has multiple sublayers to progress through, and it becomes complicated because each main layer contains a different number of sublayers to navigate. So while the total amount of main layers looks short, there’s actually a lot more to do than you’d think.

Donkey Kong Bananza in total has 17 layers, and it all starts with Ingot Isle Cave-In and which is the tutorial layer and has no other additional layers to go through. However, Lagoon Layer, which is SL100 has SL101 and SL102 to explore.
To complete Donkey Kong Bananza’s story at least you’ll have to play through each layer in order to advance. Each layer also has more Banandium Gems, Fossils, and other collectibles to obtain.
