When it comes to in-game collaborations, many fans jump to celebrate when their favorite franchises meet in the middle. Especially in this new state of the industry with leading forces such as Fortnite, it is second nature expecting periodic partnerships to surface for these games. And, Among Us is no exception to this as well.
Previously, we saw this even before the launch on consoles. Although it arrived to PC, mobile, and Nintendo Switch, both Xbox & PlayStation were still absent. However, InnerSloth did something more to celebrate this new milestone adding more platforms. In that, both Master Chief as well as Ratchet & Clank skins were added for the respected versions upon release.
Now in a new update that was made this week, developer InnerSloth revealed that a new collab is coming next week. To commemorate the arrival for Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, a skin based after Miles Edgeworth will be coming to Among Us as a free drop.
What’s more, InnerSloth goes one step further. Unlike the other skins which required buying on either Xbox or PlayStation, this new collaboration comes as a freebee for the community. In a response on the announcement, the game studio responded with “FREE” to one excited fan asking on X. The only things to get more exciting would be for Capcom to return the favor to some degree.
Through Exoprimal, Monster Hunter, and Street Fighter, the publisher has been adamant on bridging its franchises with other famous IPs. But watching one of its games extend its arms to Among Us in some form would be an exciting sight for many. What would you want to see Capcom do for an Among Us collaboration?
