Although Konami is capitalizing on some of its franchises such as Frogger which recently received a live-action game show on streaming service Peacock, many fans of the Japanese publisher is anticipating for more from the firm in terms of new titles. However, the firm as of late continues to push listings for many of its iconic IPs. This spring, it was uncovered that both Castlevania & Metal Gear was trademarked randomly.

Additionally, users online uncovered a listing for Castlevania Advance Collection later on which was suspected from the titling to bundle an assortment of Game Boy Advanced releases. The firm already offered sometime previously with the Castlevania Anniversary Collection, so this new project is not the first the firm has offered a similar collection.

In a new trailer at Thursday’s Nintendo Direct, Castlevania Advance Collection was officially unveiled. The bundle includes Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, and Castlevania: Dracula. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

“Join the fight against Evil in the Castlevania Advance Collection, a compilation of timeless action-exploration masterpieces!” Konami writes for the game’s description on the official website. “In addition to the three legendary Castlevania games that were first released in the early 2000s, this collection also includes Castlevania: Dracula X and some never-before-seen sketches and artwork from the games!

‘All four games are enhanced with newly added modern features such as Rewind, Save/Load and Replay, making this the best way possible to experience these classics or discover them for the first time! This collection also boasts a handy Encyclopedia, a Music Player with all soundtracks and you can even change the ROM Region to play all games in different versions.”

Do you plan to get the Castlevania Advance Collection and if so, for which platform?

Castlevania Advance Collection is out now for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
