Well if you guys don’t remember, back at E3 last year 343 announced that they’ll have free content every month up to June 2016. Well, via NeoGAF Frank O’Connor confirmed that they will continue support of the game and DLC will continue beyond that.
Frank did not specify if it will be free DLC or not.
