Now after three delays and continued doubt of the game’s arrival for this month, it seems Cyberpunk 2077 is finally arriving after eight years since the debut for the title’s teaser trailer predating back to 2012. For one thing, developer CD Projekt Red already confirmed that the latest Night City Wire will be the fifth & final episode as launch is just around the corner. But, there is one more thing the Polish studio wanted to share before the release.
In an abrupt trailer uploaded on Wednesday, CD Projekt Red reveals the photo mode for Cyberpunk 2077. About now, the ability to freeze time in-game and capture moments unique to player experience is virtually a standard many AAA titles are anticipated to provide coming release for the base game. So the same is anticipated for Cyberpunk 2077.
You can watch the photo mode trailer in the video below:
Alike with most photo modes players would receive, the one for Cyberpunk 2077 offers the base palette of features like frames, zoom, pan, depth of view, saturation, vignette, etc. But the trailer on multiple occasions presents the ability to do poses as well. While not unique for sure, the mode also allows players to rotate the character which could help set the composition just right.
For now, Cyberpunk 2077 will only be available on current-generation systems with cross-buy support for the latest Xbox & PlayStation iteration. As for the newer versions, CD Projekt Red issued a statement revealing that fans should keep an eye out in 2021 for a definitive update to the newer consoles later on.
