Dragami Games announced, in partnership with Nada Holdings Corp, that two new Lollipop Chainsaw projects are in development. A brand-new Lollipop Chainsaw game and an anime adaptation are in the works.

This comes just over a week after Dragami Games announced its partnership with Nada Holdings to work on multiple projects related to the IP.

Development is already underway, Dragami Games announced, and the project will preserve and build on the appeal of the original game. The development team for the new Lollipop Chainsaw includes key staff members who were involved in the previous title. They are also paying close attention to fan feedback.

“As with the original, the new title aims to recreate a world rich in dark humor. The development process will prioritize staying true to the distinctive tone and spirit of the original work, without imposing excessive creative restrictions in the name of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).”

In 2024, Dragami Games released Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP which was a remaster to the original game released over 10 years ago. In our review we scored the game a 7.5/10
