Forza Horizon 6 released in its Early Access period, where Premium Edition owners get to play the game four days before everyone else can. It turns out a lot of people purchased the $120 edition, which not only grants early access but also provides exclusive in-game items.
At least 1 million players have been counted in Forza Horizon 6 already. If you aren’t familiar, Forza Horizon games normally have a player count after completing certain missions to tell you what percentage you are of the number of players that have done said objective.
On Steam, Forza Horizon 6 has already reached an all-time peak of over 180,000 players on the platform.

A screenshot provided by DayOne revealed that at the time, there were 1,191,886 players already in the game. Not only is this impressive, but Xbox and Playground Games are making a lot of money on the game already.

Forza Horizon has always scored well for Xbox. However, Forza Horizon 6 has become the highest-rated game of 2026 and ties Forza Horizon 5 with a score of 92 on Metacritic.
