Today, Sucker Punch and Sony Interactive Entertainment held its Ghost of Yotei State of Play presentation. While they dived into the gameplay and the world of Yotei, Sony revealed limited edition consoles, covers, and a new DualSense controller.
The PS5 Console – Ghost of Yotei Gold Limited Edition Bundle will be available globally. It’s inspired by the Japanese art form, kintsugi, a traditional process to repair broken ceramics with lacquer and gold.
The PS5 Console – Ghost of Yotei Black Limited Edition Bundle will be exclusive at direct.playstation.com. This version draws inspiration from another Japanese traditional art form, Sumi-e, which is the use of black ink on paintings.
Both console bundles will also come with a matching DualSense wireless controller, featuring a striking silhouette of Atsu on the DualSense touchpad.
The Ghost of Yotei PS5 Consoles include a PS5 Console with disc drive, a matching DualSense wireless controller, and a digital copy of Ghost of Yotei standard edition that includes all pre-order content, which includes a unique in-game mask, as well as a set of seven PSN avatars.
But Wait, There’s More
For fans who already have a PlayStation 5 Slim or Pro Console, Sony will be releasing Console Covers for both consoles. They will have the same designs as the limited edition consoles.
The Ghost of Yotei Limited Edition PS5 consoles and accessories will release on October 2 in limited quantities, Sony states. Pre-order information and prices will be shared at a later date.
