Grasshopper Manufacture is planning to release another game in 2026

Ahead of the release of Romeo Is A Dead Man, Suda 51 and Grasshopper Manufacture held a five-minute direct. The studio mentioned they have an unannounced game that is planned to be released in 2026.

Here is what was mentioned by Suda 51 in the video (thanks Gematsu):

“We actually have a surprise announcement for you all in this Grasshopper Direct…” Suda said. “It’s ALMOST 100 percent certain that we’ll be releasing one more game during 2026. What kind of game? When can we announce it? We’re not sure just yet… But if you wait a little longer, I feel like we’ll be able to make an announcement soon. Keep checking out various events, media, and videos like this, and sooner or later we’ll have that big announcement ready for you all. Please keep an eye out and look forward to it.”

Will Romeo Is A Dead Man release on Switch 2?

Grasshopper Manufacture announced that Romeo Is A Dead Man is getting a physical version, and they are in talks with companies. It will also be getting an Art Book and OST. The Switch 2 version of Romeo Is A Dead Man is also being discussed. “We are doing what we can to make it happen”, said Suda 51.

Romeo Is A Dead Man is now available to play on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
