
Halo Infinite’s time has come to where fans can finally see its gameplay after waiting 2 years since its initial reveal in 2018. Today, we got a small taste of what the new open world Halo will look like.
343 industries has been hard at work making sure this Halo game is one to remember for generations to come. In an interview with IGN, Chris Lee who is the Studio Head stated that 343 views Halo Infinite as a platform that grows over time.

“Halo Infinite is the start of our platform for the future,” he said. “We want Infinite to grow over time, versus going to those numbered titles and having all that segmentation that we had before. It’s really about creating Halo Infinite as the start of the next ten years for Halo and then building that as we go with our fans and community.”
One of the unique things happening with this Halo title is that there will be new story content over time added to the game. Last, a free raytracing update will be coming after launch.
343i also confirmed that we will be seeing the reveal of multiplayer in the months to come.
Halo Infinite is aimed to launch Holiday 2020 along with Xbox Series X.
