Playground Games and publisher Xbox Game Studios are prepared to release their next AAA title, Forza Horizon 6, on May 19, 2026 and it will have four-day early access for Premium Edition purchases. Players might be wondering if the developer is planning to have a demo or a Beta before it releases to get their hands on it briefly.
Will Forza Horizon 6 have a Demo or Beta?
It looks like Playground Games will not have a Beta test for Forza Horizon 6, and the same goes for a demo. It’s rare to see Xbox release demos for its biggest games lately. They did hold a preview event for content creators and select media outlets, but it was not classified as a Beta. The developer most likely has internal teams that do the testing and feel confident ahead of its release in May.
In related news, Playground Games and Xbox revealed a limited edition controller and headset themed after Forza Horizon 6 and its new setting, Japan.
Forza Horizon 6 will be available for Xbox Series X|S, Game Pass, and PC via Steam at launch. The PlayStation 5 version is coming at a later date.
