Microsoft has officially announced the Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition Xbox Wireless Controller and Xbox Wireless Headset, giving the upcoming racer a new set of themed accessories ahead of launch. Both are available for preorder now, with the controller priced at $89.99 MSRP and the headset at $134.99 MSRP.
Previously, the info regarding upcoming accessories was rumored. Now confirmed, the new accessories are themed around Forza Horizon 6’s Japan setting. Xbox says the controller is inspired by the country’s winding Touge roads, featuring a translucent shell, pink and green accents, bold thumbsticks, multicolored face buttons, and Horizon branding. The official Xbox listing also states it offers up to 40 hours of battery life.
The matching headset continues that visual style with custom Horizon-themed details, including a transparent boom mic and festival-inspired branding. According to Xbox, it supports Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Headphone:X, and offers up to 20 hours of battery life.
Microsoft’s store page says preorders placed through the Microsoft Store starting April 20 will ship on or after May 19, 2026, with broader retailer availability beginning on or after May 21, 2026. That lines up with the launch of Forza Horizon 6, which is set for May 19.
The accessory reveal gives Forza fans another collectible tie-in ahead of release, with the game itself promising a Japan-set open world and more than 550 real-world cars.
