Madden NFL 26 has been revealed, releases on Xbox, PS5, Switch 2, and PC

EA Sports has officially announced Madden NFL 26 ahead of the official NFL Draft on Thursday, April 24. The trailer features future stars and gives a tease of what to expect in the game. They also confirmed Madden NFL 26 will come to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC Via Steam and Epic Games Store.

This is the first time that a brand-new Madden NFL game will not be released for PS4 and Xbox One. The announcement trailer also features College Football 26, which will also be returning this year.

EA revealed what will come in the Madden NFL 26 Deluxe Edition:

• Base Game ( PS5, Xbox Series X|S)
• 3-Days Early Access (8/11 – 8/14)
• 4600 Madden Points
• Early Access Solo Challenges (8/11 – 8/14)
• Season 1 Elite Player Item (Expires 7/24)
• Cover Athlete Elite Player Item
• Superstar Legendary XP Boost
• Franchise Coach Ability Points
• Player Card Exclusive Item

It looks like the Deluxe Edition will only be available for Xbox Series X|S and PS5. Switch 2 and PC look to not get this edition at this time.

When Does Madden NFL 26 Release?

The worldwide release for Madden NFL 26 will be on August 14, while Early Access will begin on August 11, EA Sports announced.
