Modern Warfare 4 Pre-Orders for Switch 2 Go Live August 26

Activision and Infinity Ward announced new details for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Beta happening in late August, but they also gave some other details of the Switch 2 version of the game.

It was announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 will go live on August 26, 2026.

Infinity Ward also shared that it partnered with Digital Legends who is developing Modern Warfare 4 natively for Nintendo Switch 2.

This will be the first time that Call of Duty will release on the Nintendo Switch platform. This is forced to happen now as part of an agreement that Microsoft and Nintendo signed on to bring Call of Duty to the platform for the next 10 years.
