Maverick Games’ Clutch Announced, Coming In 2027

The latest Forza Horizon has continued to break records. Forza Horizon 6 on Xbox has broken a record that Halo Infinite done in 2021 by outpacing Call of Duty. Additionally, the game has sold over 5 million units since its release this spring. And with XBOX Game Pass, the total counts appear to be roughly six million players in total entered the Japan Festival.

Elsewhere, Maverick Games; Clutch is shaping up to be some solid competition for the XBOX franchise. Comprised of former Playground Games developers, Clutch in the details shared thus far is proving to be an exciting title to pair against Forza Horizon. “In Clutch, players will compete for position, reputation and rewards while navigating shifting alliances, escalating pursuits and rival crews across a living PvPvE action-driving world.
